Mr. Pernice’s primary areas of expertise involve restaurant and hospitality. corporate matters
Director
Ryan Pernice is the founder and President of RO Hospitality, which owns three unique restaurant concepts in N. Fulton: Table & Main, Osteria Mattone, and Coalition Food and Beverage. Since opening Table & Main in 2011 with a clear, confident vision of being “the neighborhood clubhouse,” Ryan incorporated community involvement as a chief pillar of his businesses. ROH continues to enrich not only the cities in which it operates but also the employees who enable their success. An example of this is “Table & Aid,” a soup kitchen that gave away 9,720 meals at no charge to the newly food insecure in the early days of the COVID shutdown. Ryan is also proud of the #Employalty program that offers healthcare, 401(k) participation, life insurance, paid time off, and more benefits to qualified employees.
Before opening his restaurants, Ryan lived in New York City working for acclaimed restaurateur Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group at his Italian trattoria, Maialino in the Gramercy Park Hotel. He graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2007 with distinction. Before that, he was a proud Roswell High School Hornet. He now lives in Roswell with his fiancé, Kara.
